"I've been to see Shandi multiple times. I go to her for facials and eyebrow waxing and dying. Her area is always spotless and she's very friendly. I have very light hair so I was worried that dying my eyebrows would be very noticeable and not natural looking. She started with a lighter dye to make sure I was comfortable with the result and when I thought it was too light she went darker. She gives AMAZING facials and my skin always feels amazing between appointments. I can't recommend Shine With Shandi enough!"
