"I rated this a 1 because there isn't a 0. My wife went here to get her lashes done and left crying looking like something out of a vegas show. We called and complained and they grudgingly agreed to redo them. She left with a better set of lashes, too bad they started falling out just a few days later. We will never return to this place and neither should anyone else."
"I have been here for more that 7 months, every month twice, and I never experienced the treatment so much bad like today. The name of her is Yen, she had a horrible treatment with the costumer, she was so rude with me, no patience at all, she was coughing in my front with no care. Make so much noise, is not careful with your lashes, supposed to be soft or delicate and she is not . she leave my lashes more big that I asked, even though that I explained her the sizes that I wants. She doesn’t care. Don’t be with her if you want a bad experience please."
"I’ve been coming to Star Lash for over a year. Their prices are extremely reasonable and I’ve been happy with every gal that has done my lashes. They teach how to clean and care for them and even offer products to extend the life of your lashes. The tables are extremely comfortable and I admit that I fall asleep every time. It’s so relaxing! Definitely give them a try!"
"Today was honestly probably the worst experience ive had in years and I’m really disappointed. Yen did my lashes in south town and she taped my eyes and walked away for a good five minutes. Comes back and says it’s been a month since you’ve came and I’m going to need to charge you more. Which I should’ve been told before coming in. It was not a problem but a surprise for sure. Then she starts and from the very first lash she put on me the fluid or the glue she was using burned so badly. I told her and all she had to say was oh just for now. Like what!!!! She didn’t care to help dry my lashes at all and my eyes are so swollen and red. If you go here don’t go to yen, I had to because amber wasn’t available and I should’ve waited for her"
"I always love my lashes when I get them done here. I only get them on occasion, but am not treated differentlyfrom a regular. They are quick and efficient. They are often not on time to start my appointment, but are friendly and kind. Facilities are hygienic and comfortable. This picture was a classic set with a natural look."
