"I went to this nail salon today for the first time and was not very pleased. For a $70 pedicure I was expecting a lot more out of it for the price. To start it off, the tools got dropped on my foot and made it bleed. She then scrubbed my foot so hard it made my toe bleed and left a bruise. By the time I got home, one of the nails gel polish had come off. Half of my nails were cut completely sideways. I called them and they let me come right back in for a free repair. When I got there, she started putting a totally different color on the nails that were messed up and didn't say anything. I had to tell her I preferred not to have two different colors on my toes (didn't think I should have to tell her that hahaha). She then told me they "ran out of the that color" in the matter of an hour? We had to take all the rest of them off to start over :') She kept catching my skin on the nail drill. Everyone was very kind, but the quality of this salon is just not it. I recommend taking your business somewhere else!"

"The in-salon experience was fine, nice reception and friendly technicians. The service itself and the results are the issue. Service was rushed and a little aggressive with pushing and cutting the cuticles. There was more interest in the nail color and gel and art more than cleaning and the actual manicure. These are my 2 day nails. Dry cuticles, cuts, and chipped polish. Also, my pedicure was bizarre as they lathered my legs with cuticle oil and lotion. Also, left with dry skin still around big toe making it painful. The technician disappeared as my nails dry and was not to be found to ask for touch ups."

"I love my lashes done with Jenny. She does an amazing job! She’s so gentle that I actually fell asleep when she was working on me. I’ve gotten so many compliments already!! I would definitely recommend MV nail spa for your eyelashes extension!"

"Sandy did my nails yesterday although the design i asked for was perfect the acrylic application was not. She over filed my nails literally every single one of them. She used the filing bit on my cuticle and made my thumb bleed. The underneath of my acrylic is really thick also. I woke up this morning and my hands really hurt. She also filed underneath the acrylic, not my nail, she FILED MY SKIN!!!! HELOO???not cool! she also put glue on my skin!!!!"

"Micho is THE PERSON to seek at this place. I will only book with her. My nails are fragile and I swear every other tech at this salon or other salons will file away too much but not her. She takes her time and is gentle enough to not damage my real nails. From gel to dip to tips, she does it all beautifully! Always a pleasure. This salon gives off real spa vibes and I’m here for it. I’m here too much actually I wish they a rewards program. But they have a waterfall in the background that is soothing to the ears not to mention the massage chairs. Great place if you get the right tech."
