"My daughter had an appointment with a stylist yesterday at 4:15. The stylist called me an hour & 20 min before our appointment & said she was running behind. She asked if we could come 30-45 min later, I said yes. We get there exactly 45 min (so 5pm) & it looked like she was still working on a client (damp hair). I stood there for 10 min & didn’t get acknowledged by anyone. She was 5 feet away from me. Nothing. After 15 min I finally just left. I was so upset. I took my daughter elsewhere because we had been waiting far too long. Super disappointed!"

"This was my first visit to an Ulta store. I was warmly greeted & promptly directed to the products I asked about. There was a general sense of expertise as well as hospitality across the store, so any concerns or first-visit anxieties easily disappeared. (In other words, I felt confident that any help I needed would be quickly, kindly, & expertly answered before I left). At checkout, Sophia was gracious as well as careful to make sure that I'd found everything I needed, and I left the store not only feeling better myself, but definitely eager to return and explore some more. Definitely 5 stars in my books!"
