"They've cancelled my appointment 3 times in a row (5 times in the past 18 months), and pushed it back two months each time. Perhaps I'm a fringe case and really unlucky, but when they only honor their appointments once every 6 months I'm left feeling scammed. The staff are very friendly and the building is very clean which is why I'm not giving 1 star."

She made me feel comfortable and offered to adjust the speed of the treatment multiple times throughout, especially when she could tell the area was more sensitive for me.
