"If you don't want to read my novel below, just know that if you have any pain or discomfort in your body at all: give them a call!! They are the best body workers ever. They will not just rub your skin to try to reduce pain, they actually fix problems so you find permanent healing. I was originally trying to find a prenatal massage therapist in preparation for a VBA2C, so my chiropractor recommended DanceCore. I don't know why Google listed it as "Ballroom" but they are definitely "Massage Therapist." My first appointment was just a Swedish massage with Brian, but when I mentioned over the phone I had 2 C-Sections he said his wife was a doula and structural integrator and could talk to me about it more. I said sure! I'd meet with her, even though I didn't know what a structural integrator was. And I was put off by their requirement for viewing clothes. In my past experience, massages with clothes on were sub-par. Boy was I about to be shocked. Brian's massage was impressive! I had no complaints, and I am a picky client. After the appointment with Brian, Kristy came and we talked and she started working on me too! It was insane. Not a massage at all. But I thought the intensity wouldn't be good for my invitro baby or something. She told me I had to learn to yield or else I would probably not get my VBA2C. (my pelvis was super tight, and my cervix didn't dilate with my previous 2 births) I spent the next few weeks with YouTube guided meditations working on learning to surrender and let go. When I felt ready, I called Kristy and signed up for the 10 sessions. Best decision of my life. I have never felt better, and this pregnancy has been relatively discomfort-free. If you have any body aches, pains, stiffness, or discomfort- book your appointment now!! I can't say enough good things about these fabulous body workers. I've even had family come from out of state, and they were blown away and fully plan on booking future appointments with them, they are that awesome."
