"My stylist was super sweet.. and all sweet people but an hour late to the appointment and then didn’t know how to cut short hair or work with virgin brown hair to go copper. First time around she messed it up and was going to leave it like that (carrot orange roots and still brown ends). Second time she made it completely different color, still had to correct the roots to match, and I had to pay to get it fixed. I also left both times with my hair longer on one side. I would’ve left a better review if I didn’t need to pay for the fixing, especially since she still messed it up during the process. It looks fine now, but still not even what I asked for. My review on their freshna space is no longer there too…"

"A 2 star is more then they deserve but hey the receptionist was very plesant and nice to talk with while I took an extended lunch break to get my hair "done" well that was the idea, I however didn't get my hair done. What I did get was a water bottle that the very nice receptionist gave me while I sat and watched what seemed like 2 friends had a photo session in the lobby/waiting area and yes her hair did look wonderful but 45 minutes after MY appointment time they told me that they didn't have enough time for a perm... I'm sorry what!! Not enough time? I got here and waited and you aren't telling me tell now. DON'T GO HERE AND WAIST YOUR TIME."

The salon is always clean and comfortable. They always offer snacks or water when you check in. Kristen is especially great for men and children. My toddler loves coming to her and she goes way beyond giving him a great haircut, he has a great experience and can't wait to come back. Unequivocal recommendation here."
