"I had my hair done a few days ago and I am a little disappointed in the entire experience. I think the lack of honestly on the stylists end is what kind of frustrated me tbh. After spending $250 to walk out looking almost the same as I did before was extremely frustrating. I wanted to get as close to having platinum hair as possible. I understand that there are certain things that aren't achievable when it comes to hair but I think there needs to be a level of transparency then. And then At check out, i could sense that she was aware of something based on needing to whisper to the receptionist about what to charge. I want to state that my hair does not look bad, but I just spent $250 to walk out looking almost the same as I walked in. That part was honestly pretty disappointing. I also wanted to go platinum and somehow I had brown on my skin and scalp, which seems odd when trying to go platinum. I tried to give it 24 hours to see if I'm just overreacting but even my friends are giving me crap for spending this much. I noticed right away when drying my hair that it didn't turn out as expected. My hair looked almost darker and she said to wait until it's dry because it "looks pretty dark while wet". (That's never a good sign when going platinum. It didn't change even after drying. As I've stated, my disappointment is the lack of transparency and overpaying to walk out looking almost the same. Overall, the stylist was personable and friendly. This is just about my hair."

"I don't think I have EVER loved my hair. I always went in with a Pinterest vision that wasn't really going to work and a lackluster result. Enter Carmen at Landis Salon. She cut my hair so that my curls actually look bouncy and playful. I can wash and go if I want to, but she also showed me how to take the time to style appropriately when I'm feeling fancy. I haven't ever really repeated with a stylist before but I will definitely be coming back to Carmen! Also I just had a bang trim and she is easy to schedule with, which is a huge plus! "Excellent first time experience at Landis with Cassie and Mia today! I went in for a partial foil color and cut. Cassie listened intently to my needs, asked appropriate questions and did a beautiful job. Her experience was very apparent and Mia was an excellent support. The most wonderful surprise was the massage chair at the shampoo bowl and the fabulous hand/arm massage by Mia while I was waiting for the toner to do its job. Soooo relaxing, as was the scalp massage by Cassie while working in the conditioner. Almost better than a spa retreat! I will be returning because of the fantastic overall experience, service and color/haircut/style! I highly recommend Landis and the phenomenal team of Cassie and Mia! Thank you!"
