"I was disappointed with Cost U Less flooring carpet installers. They didn't speak English, I wasn't able to communicate in an effective way. Damages included: chipped tile, gouged walls, transmissions to tile unfinished, wires severed for in-wall speakers, stair treads lumpy. The installation team lacked integrity and didn't respect my property, didn't bring to my attention the damages they caused. Cost U Less said they would come back and make it right, but the same installers are not welcome in my home anymore."

"Love love love my flooring! I went to several places looking at options and comparing prices, and Cost U Less had both the best price and service. Avery was very patient with my back and forth decision process and made great suggestions based on the look I was going for. They also offer vinyl tile, which is a great way to get a tile look at a vinyl price. I had my flooring done back in February and I STILL absolutely love the way it turned out. We'll definitely be back for any future flooring needs!"
