"this is by far the worst branch i’ve ever been to. i’ve been with america first for 10 years now and have had 3 auto loans with such an easy and smooth process up until this last experience with rich or rick (whatever his name is) he was so rude to myself and my grandmother who came with me to the branch. he was short and snippy. he entered the VIN incorrectly and booked my car out with an incorrect value. he basically just wanted to go home early instead of taking 15 minutes out of his day to cut the check for my new car which i was pre approved for but for some reason he kept telling me i needed to have the dealership submit an application to AFCU even tho i was approved for an auto loan the week prior to even picking out the car i had wanted. when i asked why he wouldnt for the life of him give me a straight answer. i ended up going to the branch in kents. where angie i think her name was, was so personable. i was in and out within 15 minutes with no issues and was able to get my car that night. note to self.. dont waste your time with this branch. unless you want to be treated like a complete idiot"

"Unpersonable.... Robots.... Shae was laughing.... And smirking with the teller next to her.... And that's fine..... But when I mentioned it, they totally ignored me... Like I wasn't even there. I don't know if they were laughing at me or a joke that was told just before I walked in... . They were just cold and ignored me. That wasn't appreciated. She could of said "so sorry, we're just laughing at this or that.... Not you"..... But she just kept smirking and wouldn't talk."
