"Shaantai and her team worked so hard to find us the very specific items that we needed for our destination wedding. She and the team handled our MANY revisions with grace and were quick to respond. When an issue arose during delivery (broken items) Shaantai rectified the issue right away, which we really appreciated! The staff members who dropped off and picked up our items were so kind and respectful. I highly recommend them!"

"Incredibly difficult to communicate with. Very poor customer service. We hired them for a wedding at Entrada. They said they HAD to be there at 6am to start setting up the drapes in the event space. Entrada went out of their way to make sure they could get in. Myself, (maid of honor) and my husband were there about 6:30 am to help them put up items outside. The drapery people did not get there until a few minutes after 8am. Two hours late!! I started calling and texting the owner when I got there at 6:30, nothing. No answer. Ever. Apparently, Laura, the owner, who I thought was coming, was out of town. The people with the arch and all the decorations did not show up until 11. They were supposed to be there at 8am. Incredibly poor customer service. Unfortunately, St George doesn’t have many options for party rentals, so they can do whatever they want. I told them they would have to arrange pick up with Entrada, Kristine at Entrada called them to see when they were going to pick up, no answer. Of course. It is the day after, we are heading back to Salt Lake, and I have no idea when or if they are coming for their stuff. At this point, I don’t really care. Worst customer service EVER. Update: Many people told me that Laura, the owner will gaslight you. That is exactly what she is doing. She INSISTED 6am, I spoke to her on the phone and she assured me they would be there eat 6 am. I guess I needed it in writing."

"The owner of this company really cares about his customers. He reached out to us personally to make sure we were taken care of. We appreciated that this rental company had more selection than any other rental company in the area and their pricing was fair. We used them for a wedding and the quality of the rental materials was great."

"We worked with Forevermore events and St. George party rentals for our wedding at Entrada in Snow Canyon in October. St. George Party Rentals has everything you can ever want for your wedding. We rented tables, chairs, bar barrels, string lights, dance floor, stage, candles, lanterns, lawn games, lounge furniture and much more. We needed a larger dancefloor than what they had in stock so they reached out and were able to get more dance floor delivered from Vegas. All of the rentals were great quality. We highly recommend St. George Party rentals!"

Despite having only a handful of guests, the decorations and decor looked as good as full 150 person wedding. It was stunning! Everything we rented was high quality and the Instagram worthy rustic vibe that we were looking for. The team had everything setup and then taken down at the end of the night without us even noticing. It was all seem less and beautiful. Cannot thank them all enough!"
