"Poor follow-through.... Went in and asked if they could carry a particular beer. Was told, no problem. They brought in one case (four six packs). After I bought the last six pack - three days later. I waited a week to give an opportunity for restock. Went in, no beer. He said he would get it in. Waited another week. Went in. No beer. The guy said he was sorry that he didn’t get it ordered . All interactions were with the same employee."
