"We've taken all of our kids there and they've done a great job each time. Great care to include followup, excellent customer service, and very friendly."
"The absolute worst “care” I have ever received. Dr Egbert is rude, condescending, extremely judge mental and has zero compassion. I called his office in complete tears two days after my surgery because I couldn’t keep any food down and was extremely nauseous. The receptionist continually spoke over me and said to take Benadryl instead of the pain medication which I can’t take due to other health problems, I could tell she just wanted off the phone and quite frankly didn’t care that I was in extreme pain. I left this “lovely” doctor a review on Yelp stating I was a week post op and hadn’t even had a phone call from them seeing how I was doing. Not even 30 minutes after posting the review I suddenly get a text from them acting concerned. I will most definitely be speaking with the dentist who referred him. They didn’t even give me ice for the ride home and I live two hours from this office so I was extremely swollen. Will never be going here again or referring anyone here."
"I had an amazing experience with this office! They helped me get my wisdom teeth out, as well as an extra infected tooth. They were very professional and nice. When they forgot to pull the extra tooth at first, they completely refunded me, and pulled it out anyways. They gave amazing instructions for after home care, and treated me amazing! Thank you! I will be coming back for my tooth implant 100%"
"When I made an appointment I was very clear on what I needed to have done. They said ok. What they weren't clear on was that my first visit was only a consult, not an actual surgery. I had to jump through hoops for this appointment, including getting time off of work. To say the least, and most obvious, I do not recommend this place. I will also be seeking a replacement for the dentist who did recommend them. They need to get their act together and be clear with people when setting appointments with them."
"My daughter had her wisdom teeth out and it was as positive as that experience could be. Dr. Egbert is really good with teenagers. He explained everything to us before he did it and my daughter was so calm about the whole thing. It didn’t take long, either. We were also impressed with the office staff and how good they were to us. Would definitely recommend this place."
