"AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Go to a free clinic for better care! Extremely unprofessional. Disrespectful! Snotty. Pretentious, to say the least. My kids refuse to even go here. All 4 of my children. If 1 kid hates a dentist, that's one thing. But all 4 of my kids say they want a new dentist. I leave reviews usually for food. But I am highly dissatisfied with your office and their staff. Uncomfortable dentist chairs. Staff commenting on my kids choice of clothing... Keep your insulting jokes to yourself. It can hurt little ones feelings. No one listened to any of their concerns. One of the front desk ladies literally laughed when one of my kids said they were in pain. Highly unprofessional. Do NOT reccomend for anyone."

"Went in as a driver for my friend who was getting all four wisdom teeth removed. She received no call the day prior with information regarding no food or drinks. 1. We went into the appointment assuming full anesthesia for the surgery, given that they gave no option for being awake or fully under. 2. The doctor did not make her feel comfortable during the whole procedure even when she was crying and shaking so much that the nurse noticed and made a comment to the doctor and he completely dismissed it as a side effect of the laughing gas. 3. She made it clear that she could feel the pain and the doctor pushed her hand away and kept going with the procedure without giving her a second to calm down or giving her more numbing as well as not taking her through the steps of the removal process. 4. They did not make it clear that complete anesthesia is a different procedure at the time of scheduling and instead rushed the appointment and the nurse had no clue what the pills were that she was even giving before the surgery started. 5. There was no communication on the doctors side or the nurses side during the whole appointment and the whole experience was worth 0 stars."

"They’ve done my teeth for a little bit now. Honestly? They’re pretty good. I have yet to have a negative experience with a dental assistant, they’re all reasonable and try their best to not poke your gums too much. Dr. Ford is a great guy and knows his stuff when it comes to dental health. The place also has a LOTR themed alcove - what’s not to like?"
