"I strongly advise against visiting this place. If I could, I would give it a rating of 0 stars. The staff here displayed extreme rudeness and lack of understanding. My mother, who was a new patient, had to cancel two appointments due to her car being in the shop and not being ready in time for the appointments. Additionally, she had a new puppy and was trying to arrange care for it. The reason for her cancellations was beyond her control. She had an emergency when a dental crown came off, and she initially scheduled an appointment for Monday, which she had to cancel. She then rescheduled for the following day, only to face another cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances. When she called to reschedule once again, they informed her that she should seek dental care elsewhere, as they would not see her for having canceled two consecutive appointments. This was a shocking and humiliating response. In comparison, my dentist in Provo charges a $50 fee for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance. While I believe it's reasonable to pay a fee for missed appointments, what my mother experienced here was nothing short of humiliation. Instead of imposing a fee, this place chose to dismiss her by suggesting she find another dentist because of her two cancellations. This treatment is completely unacceptable. My mother is not a delinquent, and closing the doors on her and refusing service is unjust. I am deeply offended, as this ranks among the worst experiences I've encountered at a medical facility, even though it happened to my mother, it feels as though it happened to me."
