"Great experience. Everyone was super friendly and professional. Even though quite a few people were waiting in line, they processed everyone fast and friendly."

"Took my uncle to this place for immigration biometric appointment. He had to wait inline outside in direct hot sunlight for more than 30 minutes. Are your serious, your need to correct this before someone get heat stroke."

"We arrived at the center 25 minutes earlier to our appointment. Came to surprise that so many things were out of the plan.. not as we expected. Everyone had been standing in the queue outside of the building.. though the office can easily accommodate 80+ people(applicants) it was kept empty with the chairs inside. The weather was so horrible to stand outside under the scorching sun.. there is no canopy or shady place to hide away to protect ourselves from the heat waves. There were 50+ people standing in the line got sweating with their kids and an old couple with a wheel chair and there were many of middle aged persons too.. looking for at-least a shadow to cover their faces from direct sun. The applicants who were standing was so jumbled with the different appointment schedules based on their arrival time into the line. There were people having their appointments during second half for the day.. (who also got in the morning line). Then, approximately for every 10-15 minutes a staff (with a chewing gum to bluff and bully) approached outside to call out a person at a time to take in after screening the docs (originals of - notice and a valid photo id), when we enquired we came to know its absolutely based on first come first basis and not by the order of appointment schedules. We waited for our turn for almost 2 hours to get in. Our papers got stamp sealed and given counter tickets to proceed for photo & bio and finally got signed on stamp. It takes hardly less than 5-7 minutes per person to get their job done. Finally, we are given a yellow feedback slip to fill and drop in the lockbox. We don’t think any use of that though it’s filled and dropped in by everyone. We know that the ASC offices are running understaff. But a well trained staff can handle any kind of situations very well. There is a courtesy missing in the staff's operations to show toward the people waiting outside. If this is addressed, it would be of great help for the future applicants too. Applicants can be asked to sit inside. They could easily understand the situation well and act accordingly with their support and cooperation for smooth operations, especially for this kind of services. It’s not necessary to make them stand outside unless the inside capacity is full. Showing attitude by one staff could have been avoided by proper training. We can’t blame the entire staff unit for one staff’s misbehaviors. Instead of FCFS service, going by the appointment slots would make easy for everyone, that’s what the notice says. At the end everyone should win!"

"Bad bad bad...I have scheduled appointment @8:00 AM , arrived 15 minutes earlier, there is a line and that is Understandable, what not it is now 8:18 and still outside and they showed up taking one person in at the time and leaving the rest outside in sunny heated Dallas weather, so imagine older and kids standing outside!!!! If we looking for free food from them they won't treat us this way forget about the fees they take"

"I had an appointment at 8 so reached 15 mins in advance. There is plenty of parking space available. They let you in sharp at 8 and then you are handed over a token. You have to wait for your turn, it takes about 5-10 mins for the entire process. Overall it was a smooth and hassle free process."
