"We loved Dr Hincks as a dentist. He is great. But his receptionist and bookkeeping are no longer working. They have failed to post payments from our dental insurance to our account. They have filed insurance claims for the same service twice. This happened more than one time. Credit card payments were not applied to services. I would not have posted this review except our neighbor just went to their office and had the same experience we did. Our neighbors are being charged incorrectly and cannot get help."
"I have had severe anxiety about going to the dentist my while life. My wisdom teeth caused me intense pain for years before I finally broke and decided it was time to go in. ISmile was affordable for me with no insurance so I decided to take the plunge and go there for an exam. The first time I met Dr. Hincks I liked him. He was casual enough with me to make me comfortable, yet professional enough that I felt confident in FINALLY letting someone take my teeth out. When I went in for my procedure Dr. Hincks could see that I was nervous and helped calm my nerves by answering questions and joking around with me for a minute. I got my wisdom teeth pulled Monday and today is Thursday, I'm almost pain free already! The thing about Dr. Hincks that really stood out to me is that he personally called me the day after my procedure to ask how I was doing and that really made me feel like a valued patient with a dentist who really cares about my well being. I would recommend Dr. Hincks to all my friends and family, thank you for a wonderful experience!"
"Dr. Hinks is very kind and professional and his dental hygienist's are extremely gentle, thorough and friendly. This is by far the best cleaning I have ever had at a price that can not be beat. I will definitely be taking the rest of my family to see him and referring the Ogden I-Smile to every one I know."
"I hadn't had my teeth cleaned in 8 years, and I felt so amazing afterwards. They let you pick something to watch on Netflix during your treatment. Each room is themed after a famous city/country. The staff is super friendly. I felt very well cared for throughout the treatment."
