I could literally be running out of gas or have run out of gas and need to push my car and I would rather push it 7 miles to another gas station and have to deal with your unprofessional staff ever again I have been to two different stores of yours in the past, and both times the service that I received from your staff. Isnt worthy of somebody who is being held as a torture prisoner. The level of unprofessionalism has risen at majority of your locations. It’s literally like you guys are just hiring anybody off the street as long as they can say half of their alphabet I was a long-term customer of yours, but as I stated earlier, I will never step in one of your stores again"
"I just got done with a 15hr day working construction, out in the cold. It is now 11:24pm, Jan 7th, 2022 and when I checked out I could tell the cashier seemed to have a chip on her shoulder. She all but threw my change at me then turned and started to walk away. I dismissed it as maybe a mistake that my change didn't make it into my hand but was instead bouncing on the counter and asked for my receipt. She turned with a huff, printed it off, gripped it with her fist to ripped it off and basically handed me crumpled up trash. I asked her if she was having a bad day and she yelled that she just said she has been working alone for hours and stomped outside to go sit in her car. As I left I saw her sitting outside, in the car while other customers were going inside and she was on her phone. Aside from the stellar customer service, the bathroom was disgusting and in bad need of a cleaning, the trash cans outside were over flowing and there were several pumps with bags on them, out of order. I stopped for coffee and half the coffee machines needed servicing. Maybe the owner needs to pay better attention to their business."
