"Update: I know I already gave them 5 stars but I'd like to add to it. I recently had a pretty big issue right after moving in and they were super quick to respond and get someone out to fix it. Bianca and Patience were so sweet about everything and very apologetic even though it wasn't their fault. My issue is resolved and I'm so grateful they actually care enough about people to be empathetic and be quick to resolve any issues. I've never been in an apartment where the staff goes above and beyond for you the way they do. I am currently 36 weeks pregnant with two toddlers. My old apartment flooded, the carpet was moldy, and the landlords refused to replace it. I applied for this apartment and told Bianca my situation and let her know I needed to be out as quickly as possible since it was now a health and safety issue. She went above and beyond for me, got me approved in a day, her and the whole team came out to help clean the apartment so I could move in the same day and were even willing to stay late to ensure we had a safe place to live. Everyone was so kind, patient, and understanding and I am so grateful for each one of them. To say they are all amazing is an understatement and I am absolutely blown away that they were all willing to go above and beyond for me. I will never forgot the kindness they've shown me and there's no doubt in my mind that they genuinely care about people unlike what I've seen from most other apartments I've lived in. I would 100% recommend them to anybody looking for a safe place to call home!"
