"Just moved in a little over a month ago and if it could go wrong it has here. Multiple issues with the unit from the start, and from speaking with the neighbors this has been an ongoing thing. Most of them are moving at the end of their leases. The corporation that owns this complex has no intention of maintaining a quality of standard. Just listing some the basic issues that we have ran into so far - roaches, spiders, plumbing issues, AC issues, and horrible flooding issues in the parking area, etc. As of today some of these items have been addressed, but it takes forever to get anything done, or you get told “there is nothing more we can do”. If you’re looking for a new place, look elsewhere! UPDATE: paying $300+ OGE bills and $150 water bill! Complex just keeps saying it’s not their problem."

"I have lived here for almost 3yrs now. There has been several managers. The current manager is never around and is very difficult to communicate with. There are some very loud children that are also not handled. The doors are really bad."

"I lived here for almost 2 years from 2014 to 2016. It was overall pretty quiet and served us well, considering the space we got for the cost. They frequently sprayed for pests (much needed) because ants would get in the front door that lead right into the kitchen. The rent went up in price at least once during our stay. Not long after that the outside of the units were painted, slightly bothersome considering my next complaint. I can't say I appreciated the grueling 100 degree summer days were the old A/C would barely get the house temp down to 78-80 degrees. We were told the A/C unit made in the 70s would not be replaced until it died. Maintenance did however have an oven replaced once the first one died on us. It was a newer model than the one that died. All the same, I consider an A/C in mid-August to be pretty important, so that was pretty miserable. However, this is all pretty standard apartment fair. You get this kinda stuff everywhere in "budget" apartments. What was the most negative experience for me was a lady who kept blocking my car in once I parked in an unassigned parking space. When we approached management about it we were basically told to "just deal with it" as they had already told her not to once. I was under the impression that spaces were unassigned, and since me and my brother both needed vehicles I needed somewhere to park as well. This lady would block me in the space with her car parked sideways because she couldn't park not directly in front of her unit. She'd also park in two spaces to try and keep people out of "her spaces". Then her daughter would visit and block me as well. I had to knock on her door on multiple occasions and ask her to move her vehicle so I could go to work. I suspect someone keyed my car while there. Someone put food wrappers on my car and behind my car tires as well as pushed my mirrors in a few times. Not sure if those are related, could have been kids. It would have been nice to have more help from management regarding this behavior from other tenants. I can't say I'd recommend it or not. It's certainly an apartment complex, there are so many to choose from... the cost was nice for what we got though. The neighbors put a sour note on it is all. The location in the city was probably one of my favorite things. Easy access to almost anywhere."
