"Roach infested ! , drug addicts everywhere , needles , pipes , the manager on meth ! The plumbing is always backed up its always coming out the ground, police always here and did I mentioned the bugs roaches bed bugs . Don't let the pictures fool yall its nasty infested !!!! Do not come here! You will regret it !"
"It's 90 degrees in my apartment with a 2 year old, I've been patient and pleasant to them, always paid on time but they run this place like a halfway house, nearly 800 a month. Maintenance man lied to me and said it was an easy fix, but I'm number 25 on the list.. so they locked the front office so they won't have to deal with me, says it's staff training....."
"All I can say is everything on these reviews except one review, and they had to pay her like they paid the rest of us, or she live in some different Highland Park Apartments off of sunnylane, all I'm going to say do not do not move in these apartments, you're better going to a shelter, or living homeless, because all we do have is a roof over our head and it's falling in on resident's Again DONT MOVE HERE!!!!!! IVE LIVED HERE TWO YEARS ALMOST, AND ITS BEEN HELL GETTING STUFF FIXED!!!"
"At first I was so excited and thankful I found a clean apartment complex.. they tell you the apartments are nice and bug free but the first night nothing but roaches coming out the walls and my dishwasher. They said they will have someone spray, told the team I don't even feel comfortable eating . Her response "what do you want me to do ? It passed inspection" ..."
