The few times I had a maintenance request, it was fixed in less than 24 hours. If you love historic buildings, caring community, and being in walking distance of restaurants and shops, this is a great spot for you! I would highly recommend this apartment!"

"One of the best places to live in OKC. Very affordable for such a great area. Coffee shops and restaurants are at a walking distance. Also next to some great parks to enjoy a nice morning or afternoon stroll. It’s very central to the hospital districts with I35 easily accessible for those doing clinical. Downtown OKC is also very close. These apartments have historic charm with gorgeous wood floors and I was lucky enough to have 10 windows allowing lots of natural light and fresh air in. There’s a cute garden area everyone is welcome to use as well as a grilling area. Parking was never a nightmare and my things were always safe in our gated parking lot and apartments. I never had any of my packages go missing. Jerry is a wonderful landlord and I only had to move out due to finishing school. In the end, I received most of my deposit back and even a return for moving out a little early."

"Historic Brentwood Terrace is a hidden jewel in the Midtown area. The apartments have amazing vintage touches. The property is well maintained and cared for by the landlord, Jerry Worster. Jerry works to build a community among the residents. He is easily available for any need that may arise. I enjoyed living at HBT and would highly recommend this complex if you are looking for a residence in the area."

"I lived at Brentwood Terrace Apartments for approximately 8 years and it was a wonderful experience! I was in one of the smaller apartment floorpans and it was the loveliest little apartment. Despite it's seemingly smallish size, don't be fooled, there's a surprising amount of built in storage both in the kitchen and the closet (at least in my unit). Plus my unit had a built in cupboard to store dishes. I only moved because I knew I wanted to stay in the neighborhood long term (though 8 years is admittedly pretty long term already) and I found a house that really spoke to me. Jerry was a fabulous landlord. He is very responsive to issues, plus he's a genuinely kind, wonderful human being. I found the rent extremely reasonable, and in all my years living there, I was never subject to a rent increase as long as I renewed my lease. If you're new and looking for a sense of community, Brentwood is a great place for that too. Jerry frequently puts together events for residents to participate in if they so choose. Things like a Riverboat tour, or the Heritage Hills Historic Homes Tour, or cookouts. There's a community garden residents can utilize if you're into that too. The location is hard to beat. There are at least 3 great parks within walking distance, fun neighborhoods, great restaurants and nightlife right outside your door. I had a really great experience living there and I will always fondly look back on that beautiful apartment and my time there."
