"The management will rip you off completely. Moved out and management said that I will not be getting back my security deposit because of pet urine found all underneath the carpets... I've never had a pet and I also hate pets! I had a year's worth of RING footage to prove I had never walked in or out with a pet of any kind. Completely stupid and disgusting. But if you like awful management, creepy druggies, and constant yelling from other apartments then this place is for you."

"My spouse and I have lived over in this community for a year or so. The staff has addressed any concern that we've encountered in a timely manner. The staff ensures to communicate effectively with any last minute occurrence that may happen throughout the day. It's also centrally located to any of the major highways. I have even recommended a friend to this area in a recent loss of a love one. Please, make this area apart of your future if you're looking for a location that is not only reasonable, but centrally located. Thank you to the office staff and the entire team for making it a great place to stay."

"My wife and I live here and every time we need assistance Ms. Dee is always there to help. Kevin my guy keeps everything clean on the grounds I love being able to walk my dog knowing there isn’t a mess outside or anything for my dog to just pick up and eat. Thank you so much"

"I lived in The Warwick for a couple of years as I was finishing up college. Everyone hears horror stories of nightmare landlords who do shady things or refuse to ever repair anything. Not here! From the get-go, I knew that this was a good place to live when, after seeing a minor maintenance issue, I walked over to the main office to tell them. They told me that they would send someone over right away to get it fixed; when I asked them if that meant today or just this week, they told me “oh no he’s on his way now and will probably be there in about sixty seconds.” Getting problems fixed has always been like this. Anytime something comes up, the people at the leasing office have been very reasonable to helping me. When my AC unit broke, they gave me a large window unit to keep me cool until the replacement part came in the mail. When a large storm came through and blew shingles off the roof, they sent roofers over ASAP to prevent more water from leaking in and causing mold. Once, someone from the leasing office even helped me move a heavy piece of furniture up the stairs. They’re just decent people, plain and simple. As for the apartment itself, it was pretty nice for the price. We had covered parking for the hail, a balcony to sit on, and enough grass that you didn’t feel like you were surrounded by concrete. It’s close to the highway, which makes commutes fairly easy. In all, I highly recommend considering The Warwick to anyone looking for a place to live. The apartment itself is solid, but what makes the whole place great is the staff. You’re not going to get the runaround, or deal with unreasonable and uncommunicative bureaucrats here. I especially want to give a shoutout to Ms. Dee in the leasing office, who has made my time at The Warwick all the more special."
