Mosaic Apartments

"I have been living at the Mosaic for almost seven years and absolutely love it. I'm moving out of state soon but otherwise would stay here indefinitely. The location is extremely convenient, and it's great to have a coffee shop and a couple restaurants within the complex. The apartment has a great layout with nice appliances, and the common space in the courtyard is really pleasant and well maintained. The office staff are friendly and helpful, and maintenance requests are all handled expeditiously. Finally, the rent is incredibly reasonable for everything I'm getting; I will pay nearly twice as much for a similar apartment where I'm moving."

"I lived here for 2 years from 2018 to 2020. At the time I hadn't lived in enough places to appreciate what an amazing place this was. Since then, I've come to realize how kind and caring the staff was and how exceptional the distance they went to make their residents feel like they could call their apartment home was. If this place is in your price range, don't think twice. You're not going to do better. Also high key the best selfie backgrounds in okc."

"I have lived here since may 16 2020 and i love my apartment!!! 1 Bed 1 bath with a great Balcony, i have city views outside my front door. Neighbors are excellent!! The staff has been very good at answering all my questions and with any issues if needed. I love that its pretty quiet and im close to anything downtown that i want. Love the gym!! Hopefully ill be able to experience the Level/Mosaic community get togethers once this pandemic is controlled. I was sad to see the on site grocery store closed as that was a huge point as to why i chose Mosaic but its been wonderful otherwise. I love my home!"

"We signed a 9 month lease on a 2 bed 2 bath. From start to finish the overall experience was pleasant. We had a few dryer issues due to birds when we moved in but the apartments were available for answers. The dryer has worked ever since the nests were cleared out. The price and size is reasonable for the area. The management and leasing agents are super friendly and worked with us on any issues or questions we had."

"Great management and community. I’ve lived at Mosaic for two and a half years and it’s been a great experience. Management goes above and beyond with their tenants, from hosting monthly community parties (free food and alcohol) to fixing any problems quickly (and there’s rarely any). The only reason I’m moving is because of a job I’m taking in NW Okc. Highly recommend!"
