"If I could give it 0 stars I would. Or even worse! NOTHING HERE IS AS ADVERTISED!! I'm a disabled individual who lives here. This is an unsafe place. Health hazard. Roaches and mice extreme infestation which they lied to us about when we asked. I get around on the floor. And have extreme respitory problems. This is UNHEALTHY! Unclean! Unsafe! Empty apartments with homeless all hours of the night. NO SECURITY! DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THAT! Upped my rent saying my original rent written was a "mistake". The rec room is only public to those who pay $250 to use it. So DONT BE FOOLED DURING THE TOUR! They hardly ever answer their phones. Never have the same management. Gym has a 25min time limit. Maintenence is not properly equipped to handle most jobs."

"whom it may concern, My name is Felicia and I looked at your property Putnam Green January of this year, then I proceeded to put in a application on February 7th and it was approved. I spoke with Nicole and Ken they submitted the paperwork for me to have an inspection. My inspection was scheduled today at 2pm, but it was moved up due to cancelation on OHFA's behalf. So I arrive for my inspection approximately 1145 to be told again he gave it to someone else knowing my voucher expires on April 7th, I spoke with John the day before and proceeded to tell me that he gave my apartment to someone else and he doesn't have anything available which I thought was unfair on his behalf due to never speaking to him and not knowing who he was. Then he proceeded to show me some terrible, uncleaned, horrible upstairs apartment after I discussed everything with Nicole and Ken whom approved and pre leased 7510 apt# 143 with me and to be told that he gave it to someone and never informing me or Section 8 of the despicable thing he did to me and my children. I don't know if this email will help me and my family in regards to what was done to us because now we have to find somewhere else to move by April 1st which is almost impossible, but maybe it would prevent this type of behavior being done to someone else whose in desperate need of a place to live. So I went to your sister property Tuscany village to see what they had available and explained what happened to me at your other property and was informed that he has done this before I just want to know is this how this property handles perspective tenants? "I loved the year 2020 ti 2022 was on section 8 never gave any problems it it seemed that my money was never right I would pay my rent in 3/8 months later I would get a 5-day notice for some money that was owed that I don't know where it came from now I'm trying to get a new apartment and now I'm getting reported that I owe them $5,000!!!@they did NOT have to take to court all they had to say was the needed me to move when I was court they could not tell how much I owed I submitted a bunch of money order receipts and they can't FIND THE MONEY clears my name or I'm going to drastic measures"

"I really appreciated maintenance supervisor answering my call 130 in the morning on Saturday morning due to hot water tank busted and flooding my room. He drove hour to get here and due to me not having strength to turn it off myself. He was very polite and Kind and reassured me it would be fix Monday ASAP. I appreciate the new lights and gates closed to make not only myself but the families living here feel safe. Things are looking up and I could not be happier."
