"One star because they make you pay for parking and they keep raising the amount you pay every chance they get. Why should you have to pay to park at a place you already reside in? You also have to pay a fee for the sticker that they want you to put on the window of your car. They also now make you pay a utility fee. I mean, if you got the money to pay all these fees, this might be the place for you, but that's all I got to say."
"Lovely place to live nice neighborhood Update after 3 months of living here They always asking for us to remove our car if we dont they will towed our car and we pay for a parking spot here This is crazy This is like. The 3rd time we have to find a way to remove our car in a short notice"
"The Woodward place has been a breeze to live at friendly neighbors and more friendly Office staff Jailyn helped us move in swiftly and easy would highly recommend these apartments to anyone with a family and definitely a pet. These apartments have not one but two playgrounds a dog park and someone always ready to help a tenet out wit her any maintenance issues same-day service . We have strong communication bond for what ever needs of the phone can’t work! I LOVE IT thank you the Woodward place for making us a Home here."
"The apartments have definitely improved from prior years. We just got a couple new playgrounds for the kids, that’s always nice. I keep to myself, so really no complaints other than the kids that run around in and out of the buildings when they don’t even live in the building. Except the fact that they run off a boiler/chiller system and we have to wait on them to change it over in the spring/summer and fall/winter times and there are no screens on any windows so opening a window for fresh air is out of the question with all the bugs in Oklahoma. But overall, it’s a better place than it used to be!"
"I have lived at Woodward place with my family for going on 4 months now. We love it because it is kid friendly they have newly installed 2 playgrounds which is super convenient and you can also have your pets here for an affordable monthly fee. Management has been helpful with any issues or questions we have had. Very satisfied with being a tenant here."
