She gave me advice and helped me locate the item I needed. Her assistance involved giving me advice on how to solve the problem after I requested her opinion. She also called 2 stores outside of her company and arranged for the item to be held until I could pick it up. I sincerely hope she is rewarded for her efforts. It's no wonder she is in Management!
