"Hi I’ve lived at Park Manor for many years , been thru a lot of managers & maintenance‼️ I’m so happy with our manager Rachel she goes out of her way and get things done! either walking property, showing apartments ‼️ or a simple work order is done in one day , Antonio is our maintenance he is wonderful too‼️‼️ I hope she and Antonio are with us for a long time to come. What a wonderful job they both do, Thank you ! You would really enjoy living at Park Manor."

"Been here since May 2022. Water was shut off a couple times without notice, one of those times I was in the middle of a shower. I've never run out of hot water, and both times I called for a maintenance repair they got to it really quickly the same day and have not had any issues. The staff is friendly and I really have no complaints. It's a quiet neighborhood, you can get packages left at the door and nobody messes with it. It feels like a community rather than a complex."
"I've lived here off and on since 2007. The first six years were no different then it is currently. If you want guaranteed water or guaranteed hot water to take a shower everyday you will want to look elsewhere. It has never improved and between the complex and the city they turn the water off constantly without telling you."
"Poor management! Covers 2 large complex locations. Getting repairs done on a timely basis has always been a problem!! But when management does finally approve repairs they're done perfectly."
