"I made an apt online. When I came in the blonde lady helping was completely rude, she immediately set the tone for my tour. The photos online are completely different from what o went to. The rail to the stairs were just about to come off. Couldn’t close the door to the closet. Very dissatisfied with my experience because I really liked everything that I saw online."

"These apartments were okay when I first moved in. I've never had an issue with anybody in the complex (most of the tenants are amazing). Maintenance takes forever to respond to calls. I still have maintenance issues I've been waiting to be finished but I've given up at this point. But I've had more issues than I should've with the management. I recently found out that this complex let me move in without fixing two giant holes in my bathroom floor. My laundry room ceiling has leaked twice now (previous tenant or maintenance forgetting to turn off water to washer hookups). Half of my electrical sockets don't work, the carpet is nasty and wasn't new when I moved in. It's been a month now and I'm still waiting for maintenance to come finish my laundry room ceiling since the water busted through the ceiling and ruined the ceiling and my belongings in the room. Update: I’ve finally moved out. They require a 30 day notice and a cancellation fee of whatever your rent is. Paid my rent in February, paid my half of my cancellation fee before the due date and was pro rated the rest since I would not be there past February 28th. They’ve now sent me a letter that states I did not pay my cancellation fee and are requiring that I pay another, but for the full $630. I wasn’t there in March and there is nothing in my lease stating that I would have to pay another months rent or another cancellation fee. Beware of these apartments!!!!! Also, good luck on ever getting the phone to ring in the office. They open at 8:30am and it’s 10:20am and I still can’t get it to ring."
