"Turned up to the store late at night. I went to get medication for my baby & my car wouldn’t start. My neighbour jumped it and we left it running until I could get to the store. I turned up & explained I needed a battery because I had to take my baby to the hospital at 6.45am. Firstly the website said the battery was in stock, it wasn’t. Next the guy there came out to “check” my battery and turned my vehicle on and off and said the battery was fine. In that case I didn’t want any business there as I didn’t want people working on my vehicle that can’t even properly check a battery. I went to O’Reily’s & got my battery checked & replaced immediately as it was a BAD battery. I have now made it to my baby’s hospital appt."

"Most of the time I enjoy coming to get a thing or two but this last time I went just for new windshield wipers. The gent that helped me had looked up my car and told me the sizes. We then walked there, he gathered the appropriate sizes showed me and we were on our way to the register. I get home and install the front, no problem. The back was not fitting regardless which of the 3 attachments being used. Turns out he sold me the wrong one, it was the right size but for the front wipers. All the rear ones are in 1 small spot. Upon returning the wiper days later another guy who took care of the return, took me there and showed that there is only 1 option for rear wipers."

"The people here are the absolute best. The check engine light came on in my car. They told me what the problem was and suggested that the part just needed to be cleaned. One of them suggested I watch a video on how to do it. I did, but could not get the part out to do it. One of them came out to assist me with this feat. My car then had a different problem, back I went to the store. This has gone on for 4 days and each day they have gone above and beyond to help this old lady."
