"Most unprofessional staff I have ever seen. Playing flirting eating and not handling customers in a timely manner or even close. I was greeted rudely and told it would be two hours when I agreed to wait the older woman seemed irritated. They left my car sitting hood up untouched for three hours in the bay. Find better staff Walmart seriously. They are unapologetic and could care less they are leaving people sitting for hours. I saw one man working the entire three hours I was there everyone else laughing and joking around"
"Came asking for help with a low tire, ended up also getting an oil change. Had a persistent daily leaker that mckinney walmart says wasn't leaking. Jacob kindly and professionally patched my tire after finding the concern. Been holding pressure since!"
"Took my car in for a routine oil change on 4-22-23. Handed my keys over at 11:46am and was told by Beverly one of the service providers it would only take an hour. Instead it took nearly 3 hours for the oil change. Come to find out Beverly took my keys with her to lunch. And not the manager or any other service provider available at the time could own up to their mistake of losing my key. I WONT BE BACK!"
"Wonderful place for an oil change. Get your shopping done while ur car gets fast and efficient auto repairs or new tires. One guy here is always great and even puts in my other fluids. I always tip him."
