"I Moved In last month and this has pretty much been the most stressful month and a half I’ve ever spent in any apt unit. i really don’t fell confident to staying in this lemon of an apt any longer.. they showed me a very nice model unit and told me mine would be like that one, upon moving in I instantly was disappointed as I was given far less quality and functionality than the model unit. I’ve made it very clear my apt was not up to my standards the very first day. The Carpets were stained, hot water didn’t work for 2 days and ac wouldnt cool the unit under 80 for 4. The ac unit is the loudest ac I’ve ever heard, it vibrates and is creaky and sounds like it is going to blow up every time it comes on. I have been woken up several times in the night because of it and have chose to sweat instead of put up with the noise. It also vibrates the adjacent wall. Also there is a duct problem as the back rooms and bathrooms have air movement but the kitchen and the living room there is barely any air movement. This causes the ac to over compensate for the other half and the ac will constantly run. My first electric bill was 234 dollars and I work full time on top of it being a cooler month. I went 2 weeks without a dish washer, I’ve had over 15 work orders already put in and have been told to keep putting in as many as I need. I am still finding more and more complaints and under par quality for the amount of rent I’m paying. I just feel people should be taken care of before they move in not after. I have to pay an outrageous $130 late fee for $100 dollars being late 3 days.. There are drafts allowing all types of bugs and most annoyingly killed over 60 flies in my apt in 3 days.. I’m very clean and this has never been an issue at any of my previous apts. I feel like I was put in the most bum apt unit. The staff is pretty great but they probably have the nicer units and don’t have the same issues as we do. They also will do anything to convince you that that’s just life and try to make you feel crazy for wanting to be treated properly and live like your not in the ghetto. I moved out of the hood and this is more hood… don’t let the looks or location fool you.. *added - trash and old dead leaves stacked up and compacted in my bushes upon moving in. Had multiple people steal stuff off my porch. I’m 33 and a single father with shared custody. I work too hard at work and keeping up with my boy to not enjoy where I stay and pay rent. No one ever answers or returns calls. Then act like we can transfer you in 6 months for 500 dollars knowing I asked to transfer within the first week. So much money schemes involved and not enough care for the customer. The least they could have done is a move In Special but then again I still wouldn’t have been happy. I wouldn’t be surprised if someone breaks in my car or kicks in my door because I haven’t seen any security but in the back of the apts hiding. I work customer service every day on the automobile side of things and I would never leave a customer dissatisfied to this level. I would also never sell a customer a vehicle they have never seen. I was put into a lemon of an apartment that should have never been on the market in the first place. My neighbors make noise from 4:30am-1:30am the only time I can get peace and quiet is when I fall asleep and that’s if I’m lucky by not getting woke up by banging. I have had many people come by and say “damn do they never stop stomping around?” The only way to not hear the noise is to turn my tv up or to match their noise level, then they start stomping louder like I’m disturbing them… ironic. Overall what a dud experience. I’ve only been here one month and has probably been the worst apartment experience in my whole adult life. Their excuse is this is what you get with multi family living and this is just plain unacceptable. I’ve seen section 8 places with better treatment."

"The phone number is out of service, how does an apartment complex not have a phone number, this place is a dump. If you are thinking of moving in, think again and look at something else, they raised rent $50/m and added a $5 fee to park on property, not reserved parking, just to park. $1400 for a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. These were built in mid 90s and they are showing their age, definitely moving out after lease expires. And if you see something that looks great, ask them to show you the apartment you will be moving into. I bet you a beer they will refuse. I would give the -5 if possible. Update, if you go to their website and find your complex, the number is listed but they won't take the time to make sure Google shows the correct local number. Oh, and now someone is breaking open all the mail boxes for the residents and they don't seem to care that our mail is getting stolen, someone got a credit card out of my mailbox, they had a nice little Uber drive to Tally's for dinner before I even knew it happened."
