"I've been living here for 14 months. At first it was really great, my favorite thing was that I never saw any bugs. Other than the kids running around in the afternoons, and the people bumping their music on the weekends it was pretty quiet. I've been without heat for 18 days now. The maintenance guys are actually pretty great, and I don't blame them. I'm sure they had to order a part. What really upsets me is that the office staff will not return my calls, I've left 10+ messages. I gave them written notice of the issue and have gotten no response. I gave them notice that I was moving out and now they are saying they won't prorate my rent and that I have to pay the whole month, even though I've been without heat for so long. This is no way to live, especially being a college student right at the end of the semester. I've never paid my rent late or had to make any arrangements, and they still refuse to respect me enough to at least let me know what is going on. I won't be surprised if they try to keep my $500 deposit as well :("
