"Help!!!! Half the property doesn’t have heat and it’s been 2° as of last night. We have elderly tenants and children here. The word needs out! This is not ok!"
"0 stars if I could. The maintenance men are lazy! If you have a maintenance issue it will never get done even if you call or put in a request multiple times. When we first moved in there was multiple things that weren’t working and it took a week to get those things looked at. Me and my boyfriend had a leak in our ceiling and the maintenance man came with a bucket to catch the water and said he didn’t know when he’d be able to come back to fix it. Our ceiling leaked four more times after that and our ceiling still isn’t fixed. Our refrigerator went out and we called multiple times to let them know we need our fridge fixed. When maintenance came, once again he said he didn’t know when it would get fixed. Basically they’ll come and see about your issue but won’t do anything to fix it. Like literally no attempt. Also when they show up they won’t knock on your door they’ll just walk in. Such a invasion of privacy. The complex is not that big so there is absolutely no excuse. They can’t fix anything immediately but expect you to pay rent immediately. 100% do not recommend anyone to move here."
"Not great my apartment caught on fire in the middle of the night due to poor maintenance on the A/C system. The fire department determined that there was insulation covering live wires. Thier solution was to put a metal plate over it. We moved out soon after and now we are getting charged 2000 dollars for breaking lease and apparently leaving it in not great condition. But ima pay it because screw you summerplace and I'll gladly pay to wash my hands from your money hungry desperate failing business"
"In 2020 I moved here at summer place apartments around May. That whole summer whenever it rained water got into my apartment it was never fixed. Around August I threatened to stop paying rent until it got fixed they told me they needed my rent money and that they did not have money to fix the leaking problem. Worst apartment complex."
