"Went to see about possibly renting and the lady at the office shouted through the door I need a mask well hello! How you expect people to know that and how do expect people to get a positive reaction from that experience just disgusting! And if you need a mask still and it’s not required shouldn’t be turning people who don’t know away!"
"If you like drama high crime and not having nothing fixed or the office not answering the phone then move here. All you have to do is drive through there and I promise you won’t move into this place."
"I lived a 10 west for nearly 3 years, the owners are unprofessional, lazy. Bothing... NOTHING is ever replaced. The office staff are nice however unreachable. There is always some fight or screaming match whether it be kids or adults, it's insufferable. I have always had issues that go on for WEEKS, theater just get fixed with a band-aid. If I couldn't they wouldn't even get 1 star!!!"
"Penny seems like a good manager. Helped my family when we really needed a new apartment. Our unit was nice and clean, well-maintained upon move-in. A little concerned about safety and noise, though. I feel like this place could use a security officer, especially at night."
