"These apartments will charge you for anything after you move out and never tell you until 3 years later. I stayed in these apartments for 2 years a few years ago and I didn’t have any issues. I was recently emailed a final bill of $2300, 3 years after I moved out. And I was only given 10 days to pay it before going into collections. I came in before I moved and paid my final bill when I turned in my keys. Nice apartments but terrible management."

"0 star!! Nothing Luxury about this place other than the price you pay. Dog poop all over the place can’t even walk to your car without stepping in dog poop! No gym on North side building has been closed since 2023. Broken glass in building stairs called them twice to let them know they don’t care. Our neighbors windows all got replace somehow ours got missed and now they won’t replace and they don’t know when “their vendor” will replace so winter it is very cold with ice, summer very hot and humid, spring all wet… Roaches, and more Roaches!! Gates never work!!! No communication from office to maintenance, vise versa, and office never returns follow up calls.Summer time pool is a mess with glass bottles, people that don’t live there in and out of pools.No employee cares, everything falls back on their manager that never returns calls either. Seems like they are there for a pay check!!"

"Lived there for two years. Finally had to get out. Maintenance is extremely slow even for minor issues. Staff is unresponsive and unprofessional Apartments are poor quality. Gate access is set up so that it only keeps out honest people. Trash and pet waste all over the place. Many issues with vehicles being broken into and vandalized, and Management says it is not their problem."

"Quite honestly I wouldn’t recommend living here unless it’s your last resort. Roaches, mold, loud neighbors, multiple car break ins and almost always there was no where to park unless you wanted to pay 30 extra a month for a car port that people constantly steal that you can’t tow away unless the office says so ON THEIR OWN time and you don’t get reimbursed for people stealing your paid parking either. I really wish I could have good things to say about this place but I really don’t. Just avoid it at all costs."

"The gym and laundry facility has been closed for over 7 months, non residents use the pool every weekend and blast music and smash glass and management does nothing unless they’re called and then they shut down the pool for a few days. The dog park entrance floods when it rains and they put the tube together wrong, the holes are suppose to be on the sides not the bottom and top so your dog can’t go inside it unless they wanna break their legs. When it rains many first floor patios get flooded and the areas around the ac units get flooded. Maintenance lies and says they completed a job when they didn’t and they give you a 12 hour notice of entry instead of 24, and the front gate is “broke” 80% of the time. They also delete/hide bad reviews."
