"Groves is a quiet mobile home community. We lived there just shy of two years and had to move due to work. We loved our home and it was so nice and neatly kept for an older house. Rent was very affordable for the size of the home. The owner and manager were so helpful and efficient when making repairs when needed. We never had any issues with any of our neighbors and always felt safe. I hope the next person to move into the house takes care of it the way we did."

"Lived there for over a year and was sad to leave. Quiet area, never saw pests or anything suspicious. I don't recall police being called out there during my stay either. Nice place to live. Management really stays on top of things. Fair owners. All good people."

"You get what you pay for. Enough said. Informed landlord that some repairs needed to be done on the trailer because storms broke the screen door and put a hole in the roof. Never came by and fixed it and that was 7 months ago. Advance to November, was diagnosed with COVID and couldn't go to work and was served an eviction notice and had only 5 days to move out. Tried to move out on two different occasions but the landlord tells bad references so he doesn't let you move. Thankfully, we found a landlord who didn't and trust his reference took a chance on us. Don't live here."

"I have had family live in this park. The trailers are run down and if you can convince the manager to fix something it is done half assed. He is a peeping Tom and he goes in the trailers while the renters are not home. My sister had papers( personal information) moved around on her desk, he always knew what she had in her house and is not very smart as he would say something about items she had. If you leave stuff outside it gets stolen. My great nieces had bikes stolen and this past Christmas they got new ones I bought heavy duty bike locks to prevent them from being stolen and someone slashed one of the tires. She would have a receipt showing she was paid up in full and then the next month he would tell her she was behind two or three months, and was told the receipt was no good that he goes By what is on his computer, which he changes for his benefit. He even told her she owed him for the storage fee for a month that she didn't even have stuff stored in it. He would tell her she needed to move but every time she found a place he would bad mouth her to the landlord and then they would not rent to her. She is a single mother with a daughter and two grandkids living with her and he has done everything he can to ruin her. When she lost her job because of health reasons she got behind on her rent but she did get it caught up once she started working again. She has now moved into another home and what does he do. He contacts her new landlord and tells them she doesn't pay her rent and is trying to cause her more problems with them. Her health is not good because of stress and this manager is making it worse. I would not recommend this mobile home park to anyone even someone I don't like, especially a single woman. Families with men in them get treated ok because I think he is afraid of men."
