"I’ve been living here for over 6 months and I love it. The landlord keeps up with the mowing every week and has all apartments pest controlled every month and always makes sure she puts a calendar out every month to let tenants know when the pest control and inspections will be coming up. So happy I live here it’s peaceful and it’s so nice and clean and they’re always here to help you out if you need it. Love Burk Village I’ll be here for awhile"

She is what makes everyone here stay and feel like family!! "Lived here for almost 2 years, by far the best apartments! Apartment manager so nice, the sweetest. Don’t listen to the negative Nancy’s talking bad they don’t know what they’re talking about, they either don’t live here or are just mad about something. Everything about these apartments are amazing, kept up, lawn always looks good. Everything well taken care of. Love it here."
