He was very good at explaining to me exactly what he was doing. Todd assisted him. They were both courteous and appeared to be very knowledgeable about what had to be done. The job was completed on time and looked great. Looking at the repair, it is hard to tell now that there was ever a problem above my garage door. They even put down drop cloths to catch the debris! After that, if you have any issues with the work their crews, sub-contractors and office staff provide, be prepared to hear things such as… “In over 20 years, we’ve never had this issue before.” “Sometimes things like this just happen.” “This is a new crew for this sub-contractor.” “We don’t work on Saturdays or after hours. You’ll have to arrange for access to the home during normal business hours.” (this was for work due to damage cause by the original job) “We don’t know where the crew is, they are not answering their phone!” One last thing, when they tell you a job will last 4 days, be prepared for it to last 4 weeks instead!
