"Owners don’t take care of the property but take government funding to line their pockets. The tenants are at their mercy and wait for months to get issues addressed but rarely are needed repairs made, much less in a timely manner. It is a crime that the tenants are treated so poorly when they are paying the prices they are for the substandard conditions. I’d give 0 stars if that were an option."

"Drove in complex a few days ago to see if any work had been done. The outside of this complex has needed work for number of years and I'm still seeing apartments with window units where the A/C has been out for a long time. Looks like some outside painting has been done recently. Most apartments have broken blinds in the windows. These apartments could be really nice again with some work. This sort of thing is typical for low income apartments. There are always financial issues regarding upkeep and many apartment owners either don't have the money to spend on repair work or just don't want to spend the money for some renovation. Apartments require a lot of work and money to maintain."

"These apartments are actually nice. Income based and has private low income apartments as well as hud apartments. All bills paid. However because of the manager this is a miserable place to live. the Manager Katra Blackshear Cribbs is crooked. She has maintenance go in apartments when tenants arent home with no notice for non emergency things, she forges documents and falsifies records, if she dont like you she tells other tenants to stay away from you or she will evict them and she will ban any person she sees come to your apartment(even tho lease states you are allowed to have visitors). She has a tenant that will "spy" on other tenants for her and she has most of her family living out there. She is onkt the manager but refuses to give owners name and contact info to anyone. Property is managed by B &H Terrace Properties run by Bryan Humphries. But he is not the owner. And even when proof of what manager, nothing is ever done about it."
