"By far the rudest front desk staff I’ve ever encountered over decades of travel. Booked room online, indicated a pet. Got a call claiming room is unavailable because it’s “under maintenance” but they have others - conveniently at a higher rate, so won’t honor the original rate. Watch out for questionable practices. For same rates you can find better hotels within 2 minute drive without the bonus of rudeness. We’ve stayed here several times in the past, never again."
