I ended up buying another part there and the cashier told me this team member does that stuff all the time, and noone says nothing to her....confirmed I had a legitimate complaint and she lied to cover up her mistake. Ridiculous....I wont be back. I'll just spend my $$ at Lowes or Home Depot....definitely gone down him with the mgmt there compared to a few years back. Hard pass. I wont be back."
