"I usually have no problems at this place but I did come into this Starbucks the other day and the customer service wasn’t pleasant. They messed up my order and then gave attitude when I asked about it. I ended up settling for what I got because they weren’t going to help fix the problem. . It seemed like a slow morning so not sure where the attitude came from."

"There’s an employee at this location named Tod. Every time I’ve been in he has a smile on his face, is very polite and I’m always surprised at how fast my coffee is ready. Tod if you get to see this I think you’re doing an excellent job sir. Keep doing what your you’re doing with that awesome attitude and it will take you a long way in life.
