"Quick to deliver two PODS after a roof leak in the garage forced us to remove items while it was being repaired. Placed the PODS where we needed them. Charged the quoted price with no surprises. Kept in contact via email well--except for pick up. I didn't want to be charged another month, so I finally reached out to PODS to arrange a pick up date. The person I spoke with on the phone was hard to understand. My contract was through the 18th of the month, but they said they had to pick up on the 17th or I would be charged another month. I told them that I needed the PODS until the 18th (contracted time). They said they don't work on Sundays. They finally agreed to come out the 19th to pick up the PODS without charging me another month. It's almost like they purposely want you to go over your monthly contract so that they can charge you another whole month. This left a sour taste in my mouth from an otherwise pleasant experience. Just know going it that you will probably have to contact them for pick-up vs them contacting you. Othewise it was a good experience and I would probably use them again."
"Not sure what rating I should give because the PODS people have been great other than one driver who freaks out on me over the phone when trying to pick up/deliver our POD. We live in a new house, so it's hard to find, but I can't help our address isn't on Google maps. Regardless, I've been nothing but nice, so I don't deserve the calls I get. Very unprofessional and doesn't make me feel good. Update: When I reached out regarding this review, they did end up giving me $75 for my trouble, which was appreciated."
