"Package was out for delivery today 12/22/23 but in the evening it showed there was an attempt and now delivering on Tuesday. We were home and nothing! I even signed for contactless delivery and left the garage code on the app! Ring doorbell had no activity. I would never use or recommend dhl! Cannot add photo or video because there isn't any."
"DHL steals packages. Always say you will sign if not they will steal the package. Then tell you to contact who you ordered from to get a refund. Bad service. I will never again want any packages from them. They said they delivered and didn’t. Wish I could attach a picture of the text and emails from them."
"The package was supposed to be delivered Wednesday, Nov. 22, 2023. I received a notification that there was an attempt to deliver the package but no one was home. A complete lie. We were home and there was absolutely NO attempt to deliver the package. I did get it today, Friday, Nov. 24 but it was just left on the porch and the driver did not ring the doorbell or knock on the door."
"Truck deliveries, dock is on the south side of the building, I got there the night before, parked on N 118th E ave facing south near E Apache st. Security knocked on my truck at 6:10 AM to let me know I could back into a dock. Unloaded by 7:40am."
