"Never again! I took two comforters in and picked up the most expensive first. Opened the package to put on my bed and noticed the fibers were burnt. Went the next morning to pick up the second one hoping they hadn’t cleaned it yet, I didn’t want it ruined too. Told the old lady that the one I picked up was ruined. I did not take it back to show her because it would have been more of a hassle than anything. This old lady’s attitude was pretty bad if she owns the place, NO apologies nothing but you need to bring it back to show us. Tack goes a long way and her attitude confirmed my not wanting a hassle. I am not like some people that want something for nothing, it would have went a long way with saying our apologies, just bring it in at your convenience and we can figure this out. You know old people complain about the younger generation being so rude, well I don’t believe they have any room to talk!! Only gave a 1 star because there is no 0 stars."

"Dropped off my down comforter to be cleaned and when I picked it up, it was worse than when I left it. It was full of dirt stains from what looked like it being dropped on the floor then bagged. I’m leaving a 4 star because they definitely redeemed themselves. When I took it back the next day, the lady was nice about it and didn’t even second guess me. She said no problem we will redo it. And because they don’t call you when it’s done, I’ve been calling everyday to check on it and I called 2 minutes before they closed on a Saturday (I didn’t know they closed at 2) and she said yes, I told her I was 5 min away and she still let me come pick it up. I’ll be back for sure! Thanks for being kind and not second guessing me. For that, you gained a returning customer! Thanks!"
