"very poor communication skills! will trap you with a $1,000 plus add on if your insurance doesn't match exactly to their standards without any warning!! also any payment via card over the phone has a % fee they charge, takes 90 days for your account to register with them before you can add your bank account to make payments! just a overall scam of a bank! get your loan through a real bank! DO NOT RECOMMEND."
