"Was happy when I first opened my account because the staff was friendly and it was fast service and easy to open up an account and then when I switch everything over to direct deposit my first payroll check didn't go through the first check so I have to wait the next pay. So I get a paper check and the mobile banking doesn't work on the app and they're telling me it's because maybe maybe it's cuz I have a new account Your ATM doesn't have it where I could deposit the money like other banks do and then I have to go on my lunch break to try to deposit it And then you're telling me you can only give me 200 bucks and the rest would have to be hold for 15 days because it's a new account and it's going to be like that for the first 6 months when I was even told that at all It's a bank account I don't own alone I don't owe you guys any money It's a credit union so why are you have all these rules and stipulations My company I work force all over the country so they have plenty of money so my payroll is not the problem it's not a fake check I'm not a fake person I close my account that's down past salt lake because I live up north now and if I lose my debit card or my card gets damaged I can go and get a new card into the bank that same day instead of driving 45 50 minutes to get a new card or wait two weeks in the mail to get a new card So I wanted to get a bank that was close to home And now I'm finding out all these stipulations and rules over a credit union account It's not like my bank is fake or I owe you money It makes it feel like you just want to get members so you guys can get incentives or whatever the case may be because I could shop around and find out what bank was better No I didn't because my wife had a bank with you guys and she didn't have any problems with you and you guys do share branching and several credit Unions don't do that anymore so I decided to go with you guys now I'm regretting it. And not only that I wasted my time on my lunch break to drive to bank just for someone to tell me that can't cash it and give me all the money I can understand if it was one business day depending on the time you cast a check that it wouldn't go through the same day I could understand that but you tell me 15 business days for a payroll check Am I payroll corporate office is down in salt lake If I'm not good enough person or if my money is not good with you then tell me straight up don't beat around the bush and tell me well it may be because you got a new bank account If you're not sure then you need to be trained more because you don't need to be telling him customers false information and irritating them more or causing more problems. I'm not negative in my money in there and that's just nonsense You're telling me just because I have a new account I got to wait two weeks for my full payroll check to be released like I'm some convict"
