"Always the customer's fault. This company cancelled a move that had been scheduled for several weeks--the day before the move. The owner will go on and on in her responses about how wrong the customer is, how reputable her company is (NOT!) and how she operates with the utmost integrity (again, NOT!). Little Miss "Innocent Victim". My advice is to find a different moving company. The owner also apparently feels like reviews should have an "expiration date". They don't. The fact that this company stood us up and cancelled the day before our scheduled move--which had been scheduled for several weeks--does not change with the passage of time.."

The three gentlemen were very personable (entertaining my senior dad), professional, and they went above and beyond for us. They treated my senior parents with respect and kindness, making sure their belongings were handled carefully and even helping gently when one elderly parent fell.
