"we waited for a week to collect some pallets, at the end they could only collect just half of what we were waiting to collect. we have to wat 3 or 4 days so the driver could come for the rest. the biggest freight got cancelled bucease it became critical for our client and move it with another freight line."
"The dispatch service and customer service isn't good at all. I ordered a pub truck to be dropped off on 03/21/2018. It never for dropped off until 03/28/2018. I have been calling them to have picked up and they never did on 03/28 no 03/29/2018 as porimised. Easter weekend passed and I thought truck had been picked up and would be delivered on 04/02/2018. I have been calling since Wednsday of last week to get a trailer dropped off and they never did. It is now 04/02/2018 and still no truck after calling at 8:00 a.m. to find out what happened on Friday. They guaranteed a truck to us at 1:00 p.m. today Monday and still no truck. Instead of them being honest that the holiday would delay services they continued to lie and we had our guys over there instead at our coorporate office to unload the trailer due to ordering live unload at drop off. We could have had our team at coorporate working. They promised a next day point drop off and it never happened until 04/04/2018. They have really put our company in a great bind. Sorry but its the truth."
